Dogs SA Blackhawk Winter International 2024 Judging Panel

Born in 1975. Graduated as Medical Biologist at State Medical University of Azerbaijan. Worked in Scientific researches and programs in Human genetics, Parasitology, Avian Influenza, Laboratory Specialists training. Actually working in State Reference Dispensary for Dermatology as Laboratory specialist.

Was interested in dogs since early childhood and attended his first show in 1988.

One of the founders of the Kennel Union of the Republic of Azerbaijan and lead this organization as a President since 2001.

Together with his wife, we started  breeding  White West Highland and Cairn terriers. Our stocks are from Europe and we have some success with these breeds.

Since 1999 breeds Dobermanns under his own kennel name “v. Feuer Stamm”. Imported several successful dogs in Azerbaijan. Breeding a European type of dobermanns with very big attention on character and health of dogs.

Since few years breeds German Shepherds as well. Have in his kennel both working and show line dogs.

Work with dogs as a dog trainer and handler at sportive events. Qualified to IPO World Championship 2014 with his Dobermann, have been a team leader for Azerbaijan team at this Championship in Malmo, Sweden

Runs a local club – Baku Dogsport Club – with accent on any sort of dog training.

Organize a main dog show events in Azerbaijan since 2002.

Mentor of training courses for judges in Azerbaijan.

Judging since 2006. Have been judging besides Azerbaijan in Bulgaria, Cyprus, Estonia, Georgia, Germany, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Macedonia, Montenegro, Finland, Norway, Russia, Czech Republic, Philippines and San Marino, Slovakia, Spain, Ukraine. Judged several World and European Dog Shows. All Breeds International FCI Judge
