Takahiro Miyagawa began breeding and showing Boxers in 1959, and after that, has been also involved in breeding Shih Tzu, Maltese, Pomeranians and Poodles over the years.

Takahiro Miyagawa has had an extensive judging career, officiating in many countries including the FCI World Dog Show in 2013 in Hungary, FCI Asian and Pacific Section Shows in 2009 in Taiwan and 2012 in Philippines, as well as shows in Norway, Slovenia, Austria, Hungary, Italy, the United States, Canada, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, Taiwan, Korea, Philippines, Hong Kong, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia and China.
