Yoko Koda has been involved in breeding Toy Poodles since 1970, and produced many champions.  She has also been involved in breeding Shibas, Standard Poodles, Pomeranians, Shih Tzu, Yorkshire Terriers, Chihuahuas, Maltese, Dachshunds, Miniature Schnauzers, Siberian Huskies, Shetland Sheepdogs and Golden Retrievers.

Yoko was approved to judge Poodles in 1986, and later, approved as an all-breed judge in 2009. She has been judging at many shows throughout Japan including the FCI International Dog Shows. Yoko has judged in Taiwan and other Asian countries, both Conformation and Grooming, and several times in Australia.
