
Born in Spain into a cynological family, his father and grandfather bred Spanish greyhounds. His first dog was a Hungarian Vizsla, although the first dog that caught his interest was a German Shepherd who was gift of his aunt and uncle.
In 1985 he moved to Panama and in 1988 he bought his first dog, a female German shepherd. In 1991 attends his first Dog Show with a female Boxer. In 1992 he moved back to Spain, to study a MBA, acquiring considerable knowledge in European dog type. Back in Panama, in 1994, registered his first litter of Boxer and two years later he registered the first champion under his kennel name.
In 1996 he began working as ring steward in the Club Canino de Panama. In 2000 started his studies as a National Judge, judging his first Breeds in a Dog Show in 2001. December 2004, judged his first completed Dog Show in Panama City, December 2005 he gets his license as a National Judge for all breed. In April 2007 judged his first international Dog Show. October 2015 obtain his FCI ALL ROUNDER LICENSE.
He has judged several times in Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Rep. Dominicana, Honduras, El Salvador, Colombia, Mexico, Cuba, Guatemala, Ecuador, Venezuela, Brazil, Uruguay, Chile, Bolivia, Canada, Spain, Peru, Philippines, Argentina and Americas and Caribe Show in 2018.
During his career in dogs, he has owned German Shepherd, Giant and Miniature Schnauzer, Shetland Sheepdog, Australian Terrier, Rough Collie, Rottweiler and Great Dane; bred Scottish Terrier, Boxer, French Bulldog and different varieties of Dachshund.
Currently he serves as President of Club Canino de Panama. He has represented his association in several FCI General Assemblies.
